MetroConnects announces lane closures on Andrews Street for sewer main work

Temporary lane closures on Andrews Street will begin June 3 starting at 9 a.m. for sewer main replacement, the Metropolitan Sewer Subdistrict announced June 2.

The work will take place in the south-bound lane of Andrews Street near Bon Secours Health System’s downtown campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day and will last several weeks.

Drivers in the area are advised to pay attention to signage directing traffic and to slow down when entering the work zone.
