Greenville attorney Cindy Crick appointed as 13th Circuit Solicitor

Gov. Henry McMaster appointed Cindy S. Crick, an attorney based in Greenville, as 13th Circuit Solicitor, effective June 6.

She replaces Walter Wilkins, who retired from the position June 2.

Crick has led her own law practice since 2020. She also served as chief of staff to former Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-District 4) from 2011 to 2019 and spent more than eight years as an assistant solicitor in South Carolina’s Seventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

She is a graduate of Hollins College and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
