Art and Light Gallery to host ‘Surrender’ exhibition
“Surrender” will open March 4 at Art & Light Gallery in Greenville.
The exhibition, which features works by mixed media artist Lauren Bolshakov and artist Morgan Walker, will be on display virtually on the gallery’s website and in person at 16 Aiken St. in Greenville through March 29.
For “Surrender,” Bolshakov and Walker explore the cycles of life by using flowers as a shared metaphor for the impermanence of all things and the unique significance of each stage in the journey, said a news release from the gallery.
An opening reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. March 4 at the gallery to celebrate the new collection.
